We have 500 product manual PDFs we want to import. Some are 5 pages, some are 60 pages. I don't see import costs called out anywhere in the pricing page. Will this blow the budget?

Smart Import is included in your plan, not a per-document surcharge. You don't pay extra for 500 PDFs vs 50.
What might slow you down: the import pipeline batches around 20 files at a time and each file goes through a two-pass extraction + synthesis. For 500 files, expect the job to run in the background for ~2-3 hours. You can keep using Jarvis while it runs.
The one thing that would bump cost is monthly conversations once Jarvis is resolving issues against that KB. That's the billable metric, not the KB size.
