Best way to import KB from Google Drive, Notion, and email history at once?

We have around 50 KB docs spread across Google Drive (Confluence exports), a Notion workspace (runbooks), and two years of support emails. What's the cleanest order to get them into Jarvis without creating duplicates?

Do it in this order and you'll avoid 90% of the duplication pain:

  1. Drive first - your Confluence exports are the most structured. Smart Import will generate manifests for them and set the topic vocabulary
  2. Notion second - runbooks usually reference the same entities. Jarvis will detect overlap via the relationship graph and merge context, not duplicate files
  3. Email history last - noisy by nature. Filter by date range (12 months is usually enough) and by the labels your team uses for resolved tickets

One thing to watch: after step 1, give it 5 minutes before kicking off step 2. The manifest generator is what lets Jarvis detect overlap, and it runs async after import.

Ran it exactly in that order. Ended up with 53 unique docs from 71 source files. Deduplication worked. Email import flagged 6 threads that were redundant with existing runbooks and skipped them, which I didn't expect but appreciated.

Adding one tip: if your Notion pages are huge (20k+ chars), don't split them before importing. Jarvis reads full files. Splitting breaks the cross-references and actually makes retrieval worse.
