Slack integration - when is this shipping?

We run customer support through a Slack channel (our customers are other engineering teams). Email-based workflows don't fit. When can we expect Slack as a first-class channel?

Planned, not yet built. Shape we're targeting (subject to change):

  • Phase 1: Slack as an output channel. A webhook-based tool that lets Jarvis post replies / notifications to a Slack channel. Goal is first preview later this year.
  • Phase 2: Slack as an input channel. Shared Slack Connect channels become a ticket source, same way Gmail is today - a message in a designated channel creates an issue with the thread as context.
  • Phase 3: Slash commands (/jarvis) and DM support.

We haven't cut the Phase 1 code yet. No beta to join today, but drop a +1 on this thread and we'll reach out when we open design-partner slots. Honest timing: Slack is prioritized behind the multimodal tool path and confidence-rated approvals on our roadmap, so realistically Q3 2026 before you see a preview.
