Can Jarvis send replies to customer emails directly, or only drafts?

Draft-only at the moment. Today's Phase 0 public tool catalog is search_kb, read_file, save_memory, add_note, confirm_resolution, get_current_time, list_uploaded_files, and escalate_to_human. Outbound email isn't one of them yet - Jarvis composes the reply, you review and send from your mail client.

What's on the roadmap: a first-party outbound email tool (working name send_email) gated by the autonomy dial, so Supervised / Balanced keep the draft-then-approve flow and Autonomous can send directly with a jarvis-sent label for audit. Per-tag autonomy rules (e.g. auto-send shipping-delay replies, keep refunds in review) are part of the same milestone. No firm ship date, realistically Q3 2026.

If you need something before then, a custom API tool pointed at your existing mailer (SendGrid, Postmark, your own SMTP) works as a stopgap - Jarvis calls your endpoint, your endpoint sends. Write to us if you want help wiring that up.
