Share KB patterns across tenants in the same org?

As an MSP, we manage Jarvis for ~15 client tenants. Many fixes are identical across clients. Right now we have to copy KB files into each tenant manually. Is there a way to have shared KB files that all tenants in our org can use?

Planned for the Agency plan (not yet live). Shape:

An org-level KB scope that any tenant under the org can read
Per-tenant override scope that takes precedence
Tenant-specific customization without breaking the shared base

Design is done, building now. Realistic ETA is August 2026. If you want to be a design partner for this feature, DM me, we're looking for MSP-shaped customers to pressure-test it.
