Jarvis is applying the jarvis-processed label to emails, but no matching issue shows up in the queue. Seeing this on maybe 1 in 10 emails. No errors in the dashboard.

That's a pre-classifier rejection, not a bug. The label goes on to prevent re-processing, but Jarvis's classifier decided the email isn't a support request (e.g., internal cc, automated system notification, or a reply to an already-resolved thread).
You can see the classifier decision in Settings > Email Monitoring > Recent Activity. Each email shows classified_as: support_request | not_support | duplicate_thread.
If you're seeing legitimate support requests getting rejected, open a thread with the classifier decision + email subject and we'll tune the classifier for your tenant.

Checked recent activity. 8 of the 10 were duplicate_thread (replies on closed issues, which is correct behavior). The other 2 were misclassified. Will file a follow-up.
