What happens when we hit 100% capacity mid-month?

BFCM is coming. Worst case we 3x our normal volume. What happens if we blow through our plan's conversation cap? Does Jarvis stop working? Auto-upgrade? Overage charges?

Nothing breaks. Here's the sequence:

- 80% used: You get a heads-up email. No action required.
- 95% used: You get a second email with booster pack options. Still no interruption.
- 100% used: New sessions pause pending action. Your options:
1. Grab a booster pack (Small 50 / Medium 100 / Large 200 conversations) - takes effect instantly
2. Upgrade your plan - takes effect instantly, prorated billing
3. Let sessions queue until the monthly reset - in-flight issues still complete, new ones wait

What we don't do: auto-upgrade you or auto-bill overages. You always confirm before money moves.

Heads up - beta billing mode: we're currently in beta on payments. When you click 'Get a booster pack' or 'Upgrade', you'll get a short request form that pings us directly instead of charging a card. We turn your extra capacity on the same day. Once the payments integration ships, the same buttons will flip to a normal checkout without any UX change on your end.

For BFCM specifically, most teams pre-request 2-3 booster packs the week before. Rollover means unused conversations carry to the next month so there's no downside to asking ahead.
