Conversation rollover - how does it actually work?

Rollover works like this: unused conversations carry to next month, capped at your monthly allowance.

So on Pro (500/mo):

• Month 1: Use 300, carry 200 forward. Month 2 starts with 500 + 200 = 700 available.
• Month 2: Use 600 (200 rollover + 400 of new). Carry 100 forward. Month 3 starts with 500 + 100 = 600.
• Month 2: If you used only 100. You had 700 available, used 100, unused = 600. Rollover capped at monthly allowance (500). Month 3 starts with 500 + 500 = 1000.

Booster packs don't expire at month-end, they're additive to rollover. The rollover cap doesn't apply to them.

Net effect: light months give you a buffer for busy months, but you can't stockpile indefinitely.
