Rate limits on the embed widget - will high traffic break it?

Widget load + idle is free and unmetered - showing the chat bubble doesn't cost anything or count toward rate limits. The metering kicks in when someone actually starts a conversation.

Rate limits (per-tenant):

• Starter: 5 concurrent sessions
• Pro: 20 concurrent sessions
• Business: 100 concurrent sessions (soft, raise-on-request)

If you expect a sustained spike above your plan's limit, email support@deskclone.ai before BFCM, we can pre-raise the cap. We won't block you retroactively, but we'd rather have the headroom set ahead of time.
